Remove the organic beef steak from the refrigerator thirty minutes before you start cooking so the meat can come to room temperature. Pat the meat dry and rub it on both sides with the pinch of turmeric and freshly ground black pepper. Rinse the fresh broccoli and cut it into equal florets.
Heat a pan over heat and briefly fry the seasoned beef steak on both sides until your desired level of doneness is reached. At the same time, prepare a steamer. Steam the broccoli florets for approximately five minutes until tender-crisp, so the vegetables retain a light bite.
Remove the beef steak from the pan immediately after frying and place it on a warm cutting board or plate. Loosely cover the meat and let it rest for five minutes. Remove the broccoli from the heat, let it steam dry briefly and toss the garlic oil through it well.
Slice the rested beef steak into thick slices and divide the meat along with the warm broccoli onto the plates. Season the meal to taste with the Celtic sea salt and serve immediately.
