Prepare all ingredients on the work surface. Dice the half red bell pepper into small pieces. Grate the fresh ginger and press the garlic clove. Roughly chop the fresh coriander and set aside for later use.
Heat the coconut oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until crumbly and browned. Then add the diced red bell pepper, pressed garlic, and grated ginger. Toss everything together and cook this mixture for three minutes.
Stir the turmeric into the meat mixture and cook briefly to release the flavors. Then add the broccoli rice to the pan. Cook the finely chopped broccoli for about five minutes over medium-high heat. Stir regularly so the vegetable cooks evenly and does not stick.
Pour the full-fat coconut milk into the mixture in the pan. Reduce the heat slightly and let everything simmer gently for another two to three minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Season the dish with sea salt and pepper.
Divide the warm mixture of ground beef, broccoli rice, and coconut sauce among plates. Sprinkle the reserved fresh coriander over the top and serve the meal immediately.
