Crumble the cauliflower in a food processor into rice-sized grains, or grate it roughly. Heat half of the coconut oil in a pan and sauté the cauliflower rice for a few minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt and set aside.
Heat the remaining coconut oil in a frying pan. Briefly sauté the chopped garlic and ginger, then add the ground beef. Cook until crumbly and browned and season with salt and pepper.
Stir the turmeric through the beef and pour in the coconut milk. Let everything simmer gently for a few minutes until a creamy sauce forms. Serve the beef on the cauliflower rice and finish with roughly chopped coriander. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties and works well in a hormone-friendly diet.
