Take a clean, sealable jar or bowl and add the 3 tablespoons of chia seeds. Pour the 200ml of unsweetened almond milk into it and stir everything thoroughly with a spoon. Make sure no chia seed clumps remain on the bottom so the mixture has an even texture.
Set the mixture aside for 10 minutes, then stir it vigorously once more to prevent the seeds from sinking to the bottom. Close the jar or cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator. Let the pudding set completely for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.
Remove the set chia pudding from the refrigerator once it reaches the desired thickness. Rinse the 50g of blueberries under cold running water and let them drain well.
Distribute the rinsed blueberries in an even layer over the top of the pudding. Finally, sprinkle the tablespoon of hemp seeds over the fruit and serve immediately.
