Peel the banana and place it in a bowl. Mash the flesh with a fork until you have a smooth puree. Break the two eggs into the bowl and whisk everything together vigorously until you have an even batter. If using frozen berries, remove them from the freezer ahead of time so they can thaw slightly.
Heat the teaspoon of coconut oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour small portions of batter into the pan to make multiple pancakes at once. Wait about two to three minutes until the top becomes drier and the bottom is golden brown. Carefully flip the pancakes with a spatula and cook the other side for another minute until they are completely cooked through.
Scoop the warm pancakes from the pan onto a plate. Distribute the fifty grams of berries over the dish. Serve and eat the pancakes immediately while they're still warm.
