Cut the broccoli into florets. Mince the fresh dill and squeeze the lemon half. Pat the wild salmon fillet dry with a piece of paper towel.
Heat a steamer and steam the broccoli until tender-crisp, about five to seven minutes. Meanwhile, melt the ghee or coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the salmon fillet in the pan and pan-sear for three to four minutes per side until golden brown.
Remove the steamed broccoli from heat and let it drain briefly. Transfer the vegetables to a bowl and pour the lemon juice over them. Add the minced dill and toss well.
Divide the warm broccoli over a plate. Place the pan-seared salmon fillet on top and serve immediately.
