Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the broccoli into equal florets and dice the remaining stem into small pieces. Slice the lemon thinly. Place the salmon fillet in the center of a large baking dish.
Season the fish with Celtic sea salt and pepper. Arrange the lemon slices and fresh dill sprigs over the top of the salmon. Place the broccoli florets and diced stem around the fish in the dish. Drizzle the salmon and broccoli evenly with the extra virgin olive oil.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for fifteen to eighteen minutes. The broccoli should be just tender and the salmon should still be light pink inside.
Remove the dish from the oven once cooked to your liking. Serve the dish immediately from the warm baking dish to best preserve the released juices and flavors.
