Remove the organic beef steak from the refrigerator and rub both sides with a pinch of turmeric. Wash the mixed greens, let them drain well, and ensure the radishes are sliced thinly.
Place a frying pan over high heat and let it get very hot. Heat a small amount of olive oil in the pan and sear the beef steak on both sides, about two minutes per side, until browned.
Remove the beef immediately from the pan and place the meat on a cutting board. Let the meat rest for a few minutes so the juices can redistribute. Then slice the beef with a sharp knife into thin strips.
Divide the mixed greens over two plates and scatter the radish slices and pine nuts over top. Place the beef strips on top of the salad, drizzle the whole thing with the remaining olive oil, and season with a pinch of Celtic sea salt.
