Peel the onion and chop it into fine pieces. Rinse the fresh green beans, trim the ends and halve them. Ensure the diced organic beef stewing meat is at room temperature before preparing.
Place a braising pan on the heat and warm the teaspoon of coconut oil in it. Add the beef cubes and brown them on all sides. Lower the heat slightly and briefly sauté the chopped onion. Sprinkle the pinch of turmeric into the pan and add the two cloves. Pour in the natural beef stock and bring everything to a boil. Place the pan on the lowest heat, cover it, and let the beef braise on very low heat for two to three hours until tender.
Add the prepared green beans to the braising pan for the last fifteen minutes of cooking time. Stir everything well. Let the beans simmer gently until they are tender-crisp. Taste the stew and season to taste with Celtic sea salt.
Find the two cloves and remove them from the pan. Ladle the warm beef stew with the green beans directly from the braising pan, divide the portions onto plates and serve.
