Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the three red peppers into strips and the small red onion into rings. Mix the vegetables well together with a tablespoon of olive oil and divide this evenly over a baking sheet.
Slide the baking sheet into the oven and roast the peppers and onion for approximately twenty minutes until soft and cooked through. Toward the end of this oven time, heat a frying pan on the stovetop. Rub the 300 grams of fresh cod fillet with a pinch of turmeric and gently cook the fish on both sides for several minutes until done.
Remove the pan with the cooked fish from the heat and remove the roasted vegetables from the oven at the same time. Roughly chop the fresh dill so it can be scattered directly over the warm dish.
Arrange the roasted pepper strips and onion on the plates and form a base. Place the cooked cod fillet on top, scatter the fresh dill over it, and finally finish the dish with a pinch of Celtic sea salt.
